Book Title & Alexandra's Review

Off-Limits by Helen Yoon

Young Children

Daddy’s office is OFF-LIMITS!

Which only makes it more intriguing to his curious, inventive child. And what’s the harm in just looking? Behind the office door, she discovers a wonderland of irresistible treats: rolls of shiny tape, bins of paper clips and binder clips, and a rainbow of sticky notes.

The possibilities are simply limitless!

Nothing is more enticing than the words ‘off-limits.’ It’s a scientific fact that when you are told not to do something, all you want to do is that thing.

Even though the little girl is misbehaving, you have to admire her creativity with the office supplies. She went all out.

The story uses very few words and is told mainly through creative illustrations.

With an ending I didn’t see coming, this is a silly, funny book that both kids and adults will enjoy.
